Summary
This study looks at whether giving extra nutritional support to hospital patients who are at risk of malnutrition can help them have fewer infections and lower overall healthcare costs. About 400 adults staying overnight in the hospital will take part. Researchers will track infections and total costs to see if this approach is effective.
