Special formula may help malnourished infants with rare liver disease

Summary
This study tests whether a special high-MCT nutritional formula given before and after Kasai surgery can improve growth in infants with biliary atresia, a rare liver disease. About 120 infants under 3 months old will receive either the special formula or standard feeding. The goal is to see if the formula helps them gain weight better.
