Summary
This study tests whether extra nutrition support before and after surgery helps head and neck cancer patients maintain their weight. 60 adults having surgery will either get standard care or enhanced care with diet advice, follow-up calls, and monthly check-ins for 6 months. The goal is to prevent weight loss and improve recovery.
