Summary
This study tests whether a program of nutrition counseling, guided exercise, and wellness education can help head and neck cancer patients undergoing chemoradiation feel better and stay stronger. Researchers will enroll 30 adults to see if the program is practical and helpful during active treatment. The goal is to reduce side effects, preserve muscle, and improve quality of life.
