First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at 51 elite male soccer players aged 14-18 to see if their eating habits and body measurements (like weight, body fat, and grip strength) are related to how agile they are. The players filled out a questionnaire about their lifestyle, had their body composition measured, and did an agility test. The goal was to understand what factors might help young athletes move faster and change direction better on the field.
