Summary
This study tests a special training program for nursing students to see if it improves their willingness to work with older adults, their empathy, and their communication skills. The program is based on Travelbee's Human-to-Human Relationship theory. 48 third-year nursing students will be split into two groups: one gets the training, the other does not. Researchers will measure changes using surveys before and after the program.
