New nursing approach aims to boost recovery after varicose vein surgery

Summary
This study tests a nursing program based on the ITHBC theory to help patients manage their own recovery after varicose vein surgery. About 104 adults who are having their first surgery for varicose veins will take part. The program focuses on improving self-care skills, confidence, and quality of life while reducing complications.
