Summary
This study compares how well trained nurses and experienced doctors can insert a small tube into an artery in the wrist. The goal is to see if nurses, after a special training program, can achieve the same success rate and safety as doctors. 560 participants will be enrolled to measure first-attempt success, procedure time, and complications.
