Summary
This study is testing whether a structured, nurse-led plan to get patients walking soon after colon surgery helps them recover better. It will compare this special plan to the usual care in 80 patients. The goal is to see if early walking improves comfort, speeds up gut function, reduces complications, and shortens hospital stays.
