New Nurse-Led program aims to speed recovery after head and neck cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a special nurse-led care plan can help people recover better after head and neck cancer surgery. The plan includes extra support from nurses, dietitians, and counselors to reduce complications and improve quality of life. About 80 adults having surgery for head and neck cancer will take part. The goal is to see if this approach leads to fewer problems, shorter hospital stays, and better overall recovery compared to standard care.
