First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests a cannabis-based oil called NTI164 in 40 females aged 4-25 with Rett syndrome, a rare genetic condition causing severe physical and mental challenges. The oil has very low THC (the part that makes you high) and aims to reduce symptoms like anxiety, breathing problems, and movement issues. Participants will receive either NTI164 or a placebo, then switch, to see if the oil safely improves daily life.
