First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new radioactive antibody (NTH-2403) that targets a protein found on certain cancer cells. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help doctors see tumors more clearly using imaging. About 16 adults with advanced colorectal, head and neck, lung, or triple-negative breast cancer will receive a single dose and be monitored for side effects and how the agent spreads in the body.
