Summary
This study looks at whether artificial intelligence can analyze routine brain MRI scans to predict specific genetic changes (EGFR or ALK) in non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain. Researchers will use scans from 380 patients across multiple hospitals to train and test the AI model. The goal is to see if this noninvasive method can help guide treatment without needing a brain biopsy.
