Summary
This study tests a new drug called NS101 in 15 people with a rare type of dementia that affects language (svPPA). The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and tolerable. Researchers will also check how the drug moves in the body and if it shows any signs of slowing the disease. Participants will receive multiple doses of NS101 or a placebo by IV.
