Summary
This study will check how common Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) is in Maryland and why Black patients may not get equal access to care. Researchers will educate patients, doctors, and community health workers to improve referrals to specialists. The goal is to find and reduce racial differences in NPH treatment.
