Summary

This study enrolls 500 nasopharyngeal cancer patients to analyze imaging and immune system markers before and after proton or photon radiation. The goal is to find biological signs that predict how well the treatment works, side effects, and long-term outcomes. Participants must have stage I-III disease and be receiving chemoradiotherapy.
