New combo therapy shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, NP-G2-044, given alone or with an immunotherapy (anti-PD-1) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage. About 121 adults with good overall health are participating.
