Summary
This study tested a supplement called NP-2006 in 48 adults who had trouble sleeping but not severe insomnia. Participants took the supplement and researchers measured sleep quality, insomnia severity, and daytime sleepiness using questionnaires and a wrist-worn sleep tracker. The goal was to see if NP-2006 could improve sleep efficiency and overall sleep health.
