Summary
This early-phase study tests a new radioactive drug, [177Lu]Lu-NNS309, in adults with advanced pancreatic, lung, breast, or colorectal cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 162 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and any anti-cancer activity.
