Summary

This study tests whether nostalgic messages can motivate older adults (ages 65-74) to walk more. 1,000 participants will receive daily messages via a mobile app for 14 days, with some also tracking their steps. The goal is to see if connecting with positive memories can boost physical activity and improve health.
