Brain surgery glue showdown: do sealants really stop leaks?

Summary
This study looks at whether using a special glue (sealant) after nose-based skull surgery helps prevent cerebrospinal fluid leaks better than not using any glue. About 225 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to get one of two types of glue or no glue at all. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer leaks and better healing, which could save money and improve recovery.
