Summary

This study tests whether a daily nasal spray containing insulin and glutathione can safely improve symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. About 56 participants will receive either the active spray or a placebo, in addition to their usual medications. The main goal is to see if the spray helps with thinking skills like verbal fluency, as well as movement and overall function.
