Summary
This study tested a special training program called Nonviolent Communication, based on a learning model, to see if it could improve empathy and problem-solving skills in nursing students. 68 first-year nursing students took part, and their skills were measured before and after the training using questionnaires. The goal was to understand if this type of training can help future nurses communicate better with patients.
