Summary
This study aims to see if a special MRI scan can accurately detect liver scarring (fibrosis) in people with a liver condition called MASH. Researchers will compare the MRI results with standard tests like ultrasound and blood work in 50 adults. If successful, this could offer a noninvasive way to diagnose liver damage without needing a biopsy.
