First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that measures certain molecules (miRNAs) can help doctors pick the best time to transfer an embryo during IVF. About 546 women with unexplained recurrent implantation failure will be randomly assigned to either standard care or a personalized transfer schedule based on the test. The goal is to see if the test improves pregnancy rates.
