Summary
This study tests a group-based program for older adults who feel their memory is slipping but still live independently. The program includes social activities, brain games, physical exercise, healthy eating tips, and ways to manage emotions and health risks. Researchers will measure memory, thinking, and mood over time to see if the program helps. 218 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or a waitlist.
