This study looks at how fear of being without a phone (nomophobia) relates to anxiety and academic confidence in university students who have text neck. Researchers will survey 396 students aged 18-35 who use smartphones at least 3 hours daily. The goal is to understand the connection between physical symptoms, phone dependence, and mental well-being.
