Summary
This study looks at 100 people with rectal cancer who received total neoadjuvant therapy (a combination of chemotherapy and radiation before surgery). Researchers want to see whether the status of lymph nodes after treatment or the shrinkage of the main tumor better predicts how long patients stay cancer-free and survive overall. The goal is to improve future treatment decisions.
