Summary
This early-phase study tests a new targeted drug (NMS-03305293) combined with chemotherapy (Temozolomide) in about 10 people whose small cell lung cancer has returned after prior treatments. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also seeing if the combination can shrink tumors. It is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
