Summary
This study tests a new drug called NM8074 in 12 adults with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) who are currently taking Soliris. The goal is to see if NM8074 is safe and works better at controlling the disease. Participants will receive NM8074 while doctors monitor side effects, blood counts, and quality of life.
