Immune cell boost shows promise against hard-to-treat lymphomas

NCT ID NCT04848064

First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for people with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The treatment combines donor immune cells (NK cells) with a targeted antibody (mogamulizumab) to help the body fight cancer. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects, while also checking if the cancer shrinks or disappears.
