Summary

This early-phase study tested a new type of immune cell therapy, called SAR445419, in adults with acute myeloid leukemia that returned or didn't respond to treatment. Participants received chemotherapy followed by infusions of donor natural killer (NK) cells over two weeks. The main goals were to find a safe dose and check for side effects. The study was terminated early after enrolling only 7 people.
