Summary

This study compares two first-line treatments for advanced Hodgkin lymphoma. One group gets a new combination of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab plus chemotherapy (AVD), while the other group receives standard chemotherapy (BEACOPP-like). The goal is to see which approach is safer and more effective. About 178 adults aged 18-60 with newly diagnosed stage IIB, III, or IV Hodgkin lymphoma will take part.
