NCT ID NCT07234487

First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new combination of the immunotherapy drug nivolumab plus chemotherapy (AVD) works better and is safer than the standard BEACOPP-like chemotherapy for people with advanced Hodgkin lymphoma. About 178 adults aged 18-60 with newly diagnosed stage IIB, III, or IV disease will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment plans. The main goal is to compare side effects and see which approach leads to better cancer control.
