New combo tackles Immunotherapy-Resistant cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, nivolumab and relatlimab, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic feature (MSI-H) and have stopped responding to previous immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this new combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 38 adults with good organ function and a life expectancy over 3 months are taking part.
