First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and relatlimab) to standard chemotherapy can shrink tumors better than one immunotherapy drug plus chemo in people with advanced bile duct cancer. About 76 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
