Summary
This early-phase study tested whether adding an experimental drug called plinabulin to the standard immunotherapy nivolumab is safe and effective for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. The trial enrolled 18 adults whose cancer worsened after platinum chemotherapy. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
