Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether adding a live bacteria product (EXL01) to standard immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) is safe and helps control metastatic kidney cancer. About 33 adults with advanced kidney cancer that has spread will receive either the standard drugs alone or with EXL01. The goal is to see if changing gut bacteria can make the immune therapy work better.
