Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug nivolumab to standard chemotherapy and hormone therapy can better control advanced prostate cancer that has spread. It includes 60 men with a specific genetic feature or inflamed tumors. The goal is to see if this combination lowers PSA levels more effectively.
