Summary
This study tested giving the immunotherapy drug nivolumab along with chemotherapy before surgery for people with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (stages I to IIIA). The goal was to see if this combination could shrink tumors enough to leave less than 10% cancer cells in the removed tissue. The trial was stopped early after enrolling only 14 participants, so results are limited.
