Summary

This study tested the drug nivolumab in 39 people with head and neck cancer who had already received radiation (with or without chemo) and then had surgery to remove remaining cancer. The goal was to see if nivolumab could help control the disease and to check its safety. Participants received nivolumab after surgery, and researchers tracked side effects and cancer outcomes.
