Summary
This study tests whether drinking nitrate-rich beetroot juice every day for three months can improve blood vessel health, movement, and thinking in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). About 92 adults with moderate CKD will take part. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can help prevent disability and other health problems.
