Summary

This trial is testing whether adding a daily pill called niraparib to standard immunotherapy maintenance can help control advanced small cell lung cancer for longer. It is for patients whose cancer has a specific biomarker (SLFN11-positive) and has not worsened after initial chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if this combination keeps the cancer from progressing for at least three months.
