Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, niraparib and dostarlimab, in 51 adults with advanced solid tumors that had DNA repair defects or were sensitive to platinum chemotherapy. The goal was to see how many patients' tumors shrank. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
