Summary

This study is testing an investigational drug called nipocalimab to see if it can prevent a serious bleeding condition in babies during pregnancy. It is for pregnant women who have had a previous baby affected by this condition and whose current baby is also at risk. Participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo to compare safety and effectiveness in preventing severe outcomes like bleeding or low platelet counts in the newborn.
