New cocktail aims to shrink advanced head and neck cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (nimotuzumab, toripalimab, and chemotherapy) as a first treatment for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and improve survival. About 30 adults with a specific type of this cancer will take part.
