Can simple sleep and diet tweaks protect night shift workers?
NCT ID NCT06147089
Summary
This study tested whether giving personalized advice on sleep or nutrition could help reduce the negative health effects of working night shifts. Researchers followed 57 night shift workers for about a year, comparing those who received tailored advice to a group that did not. They measured changes in sleep quality and blood sugar patterns to see if the advice made a difference.
