Summary
This study looked at whether a special reading program called Reach Out and Read (ROR) helps parents read more often to their babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Researchers surveyed 101 parent-infant pairs before and after the program was started. The goal was to see if the program is practical, well-liked, and effective at encouraging shared reading.
