Summary
This study is testing if giving babies in the NICU 3-5 minutes of diaper-free time ('airtime') can help prevent and treat diaper rash. It will involve 320 infants who are at least 30 weeks old and receiving care in a specific hospital NICU. The main goal is to see if this simple, non-medical approach reduces how often babies get diaper rash.
