Summary
This study looked at how nicotine pouches affect heart rate and the heart's electrical activity (ECG) in 20 adults who already use nicotine. Participants used a nicotine pouch or a placebo (fake pouch) in random order, and their heart measurements were taken 20 minutes later. The goal was to see if nicotine pouches cause changes that could be a health risk.
