Summary
This study tested two common treatments—birth control pills and a hormonal IUD—for abnormal bleeding in women who had a C-section. 166 women took part, and researchers tracked how many spotting days they had over 6 months. The goal was to see which option better reduces bleeding and improves quality of life.
